Melissa Forman
President
Melissa Forman is the President of TriumphPay. She is responsible for providing overall leadership in setting and executing TriumphPay’s strategic vision. Prior to this role, Forman served as SVP, Chief Strategy Officer for TriumphPay, where she focused on developing and driving corporate initiatives that improved TriumphPay’s go-to-market product fit, business development, operational efficiencies, and customer experience.
With 25 years of experience across multiple freight technology companies, Forman’s leadership has been instrumental in accelerating TriumphPay’s expansion to serving shippers, brokers, factors, and carriers. Before joining TriumphPay, Forman spent nearly a decade leading sales and strategic partnerships for eCapital, LLC, a leading transportation factor. She has held various leadership roles in the transportation technologies and finance industries. In these roles, she gained a deep understanding of technology solutions, financing needs, and the pain points for large and small trucking companies, logistics providers, and factoring companies.
Forman received a Master of Business Administration in International Business from California State University, Dominquez Hills, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Michael Niessner
Chief Technology Officer
Michael Niessner is the Chief Technology Officer for TriumphPay, where he leads the development and dissemination of advanced technologies that improve and increase business for our customers and TriumphPay. Before this role, Michael served as Principal Engineer at TriumphPay, overseeing the research, development, and design of engineering projects.
Prior to TriumphPay, Michael was the Principal Engineer at HubTran (acquired by TriumphPay in 2021) and was responsible for designing and building key elements of Hubtran’s technical stack, along with helping the engineering team grow by a factor of 10. Before joining the HubTran team, Michael worked as a software consultant and helped launch several software companies as a partner and software developer for Elevated Code.
Michael is fluent in numerous programming languages and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Dan Curtis
EVP, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Relationship Management Officer
Dan Curtis joined TriumphPay as Executive Vice President, Chief Relationship Management Officer in October 2022. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for TriumphPay’s client relationship team, working in partnership with customers across the network to understand their key business drivers thoroughly and interpret and guide decisions relating to their business demands.Mr. Curtis joined TriumphPay with more than 25 years of experience in the logistics and financial sectors, bringing a successful track record of driving transformation by cultivating people and technology in innovative ways to our TriumphPay team. Most recently, he served as President of BNSF Logistics, LLC, a US-based, multi-modal, cross-border transportation leader in OTR, rail, and complex logistics spaces. Before taking over the role of President of BNSF Logistics in 2018, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for BNSF Logistics for seven years. Mr. Curtis previously held various senior financial leadership positions at Greatwide Logistics Services and key roles at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst and Ernst & Young.Mr. Curtis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University. -
Josh Bouk
EVP, Chief Partnership Officer
Josh Bouk is the Chief Partnership Officer at TriumphPay, where he leads our shipper vertical.
Josh is joining our team with over 20 years of experience as a proven executive leader in providing freight audit and payments solutions at the global enterprise level. He joined Trax in 2020 as its Chief Revenue Officer and was named president in 2022.
Before that, Josh was the Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing for the Expense Management Division of Cass Information Systems.

John Bender
SVP, Broker & Factor Sales Leader
John Bender is the Senior Vice President, Broker/Factor Sales Leader at TriumphPay. He is responsible for overseeing the factor and broker verticals for TriumphPay, and managing the sales teams for both lines of business.
Before TriumphPay, Bender held successive leadership roles at RCG Global Services. He most recently served as their Senior Vice President and Managing Partner, where he led all aspects of business including sales, marketing and delivery of information technology consulting and outsourcing services to Global Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to RCG Global Services, Bender managed P&L and led sales teams for IT and manufacturing and supply chain solutions companies. He has over 30 years of sales experience.

Rick Jackson
SVP, Shipper Sales Leader
Rick Jackson is the Senior Vice President, Shipper Sales Leader at TriumphPay, where he is responsible for leading the growth and development of the shipper vertical and collaborates with management to help evaluate new opportunities.
Jackson brings over 30 years of sales leadership and entrepreneur experience from companies such as Yahoo!, McAfee, Intel and most recently at ForgeRock. His teams focused on Global 1000 companies in various industries including retail/wholesale, financial services, information technology, and distribution.

Emily Meyers
SVP, Payee Strategic Initiatives
Emily Meyers is the Senior Vice President of Payee Strategic Initiatives at TriumphPay. In her current role, she leads initiatives that enhance the capabilities of the TriumphPay Payments Network for factors and carriers. Prior to this, Emily held key positions within TriumphPay, including Vice President, Factor Sales Leader and Vice President of Business Development, where she played a crucial role in driving growth and fostering client relationships in the factoring vertical.
Before TriumphPay, Emily played a vital role in HubTran’s success, later acquired by TriumphPay, leading the business serving factors. Emily’s journey began in Accenture’s Supply Chain Management practice as a consultant, advising on fulfillment and transportation strategies for shippers.
Emily is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management.

Haley Evans
SVP, Payor Strategic Initiatives
Haley Evans is the Senior Vice President of Payor Strategic Initiatives at TriumphPay. She is at the forefront of spearheading initiatives that enhance the capabilities of the TriumphPay Payments Network for brokers and shippers.
Most recently, Haley served as Senior Vice President, Broker Vertical Leader, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to advance the growth and innovation of the broker vertical for TriumphPay. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, managing a sales team that increased the platform’s annual payment volume from $2B to over $51 billion. Haley’s strategic approach also fostered valuable industry partnerships and channel marketing, contributing to overall business expansion.
Haley started as a Product Manager at TriumphPay, crafting product roadmaps for web and mobile applications and aligning development with business goals. She held a similar role at Quiltt. Her diverse background, spanning risk management and reinsurance brokerage at organizations like Parkland Hospital and EWI Re, Inc., highlights her multifaceted expertise.
Haley holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Risk Management and Insurance from SMU Cox School of Business.

Nate Gilmore
SVP, Network Integrations & Innovations
Nate Gilmore is the Senior Vice President of Network Integrations and Innovations at TriumphPay. He oversees our partner ecosystem’s strategic development and growth, aligning technical, commercial, and service level commitments to drive maximum value for all payments network constituents. Formerly Vice President of Integrations and Client Services, Nate led technology implementation and services, ensuring seamless integration of clients’ systems with the TriumphPay network.
With experience spanning startups to Fortune 100 companies, Nate excels in directing technology implementation processes, predominantly in the trucking and logistics sector. His focus is on adding value through scalable system and process integrations and team development of high-functioning teams. Before TriumphPay, Nate held leadership roles at The Refinery, Pegasus TransTech, and Affiliated Computer Services, enhancing client operational efficiencies. Additionally, he serves as a Colorado Air National Guardsman, leading munitions specialists.
Nate studied Business Administration and Management at The University of Colorado at Denver and Colorado Christian University.
